What we collect to deliver a phone cover to your door, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated 5 October 2026
In short
We collect what is needed to send you a phone cover and to answer you when something goes wrong: your name, phone number, delivery address and — if you give it — your email. We share the delivery details with the courier, and nothing else with anybody, except the service providers listed below. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- When you order: name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, pincode, city and state, and what you ordered.
- If you create an account: your email or phone number, and your password stored only as a hash — we never see the password itself.
- If you ask for an email login code: your email address, and the code we send you.
- If you write a review or save a wishlist: the review text, the rating, and the products you saved.
- If you start checkout and enter an email or phone number, we may save your cart, contact details and reminder preference so you can resume checkout. WhatsApp cart reminders require the optional checkout consent.
- Technical: your IP address, kept briefly, to rate-limit abusive traffic and to show the site in the right region.
Why we use it
- To take, confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to give the courier the address to deliver to.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and complaints.
- To send order updates — confirmation, dispatch, delivery.
- To send a single WhatsApp reminder after at least one hour of an unfinished checkout, only if you opted in. Completing the order stops that cart reminder. Reply STOP to our WhatsApp number to stop cart reminders.
- To send offers and new-arrival emails, but only if you subscribed. Every such email has a working unsubscribe link.
- To keep the shop working: preventing abuse, rate-limiting, and understanding which pages are used.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to do their part, and only that part:
- Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, because they cannot deliver without them.
- Our email provider, for order and subscription email.
- Meta and WhatsApp, to deliver order notifications and cart reminders you opted into, using your phone number and the message details.
- Google and Meta, where analytics and advertising tools are enabled, for page, product and purchase events used to measure campaigns. Server-side Meta conversion events may include hashed email or phone identifiers, order value and product IDs, together with IP address and browser information when available. Hashing supports matching and does not make this data anonymous.
- Our hosting and database providers, who store the site and the data on our behalf.
- Law enforcement or a court, if we are legally required to.
Payments
You can pay in cash when the courier hands the parcel over, or pay online through Razorpay — UPI, card, netbanking or wallet, whichever you prefer.
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Online payments, including the ₹30 cash-on-delivery advance, are handled by Razorpay. We receive payment references, amounts and statuses needed to record and refund payments. For the balance paid in cash to the courier, we record the collection status. If a cash-order refund is needed, we ask for your UPI ID or bank details solely to send the refund.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — staying signed in, and keeping your cart. Where analytics and advertising tools are enabled (Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel), they help us see which pages are used and which campaigns bring orders; they are loaded on storefront pages only, never inside your account or the admin.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser. Signing in and checking out need them.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account details stay until you ask us to delete the account. Marketing email stops the moment you unsubscribe, and your address is kept only on a suppression list so we do not mail you again in error. Rate-limiting counters are cleared automatically within hours.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to us from the address on your order and we will respond within the timeframes below. If you have subscribed, you can unsubscribe from any email — no explanation needed.
Children
This shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will remove them.
How it is protected
Traffic to and from the site is encrypted, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to the database is limited to the running application. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what to do.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the shop after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Grievance officer
Anil is our grievance officer for privacy matters.
