Find your phone model

Almost every "it does not fit" complaint is not a badly made cover: it is a cover bought for the wrong phone. The names on the front of the box are not the whole name — a Pro and a Pro Max, or a 4G and a 5G version of one model, are different phones with different camera cut-outs, and their covers are not interchangeable. Finding the exact model takes about thirty seconds.
Settings is the fastest way
On Android: Settings → About phone (on some phones it is Settings → System → About phone). The model name and the model number are both listed there, and the model number is the one that settles it — something like CPH2745 or SM-A155F.
On iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Name. It reads like "iPhone 16 Pro Max", and that full name is what you need — "iPhone 16" on its own is a different phone and takes a different cover.
The box and the phone itself
The box has the model name printed on the label, usually next to the IMEI. On most phones, the model number is also printed on the back of the phone in the small regulatory text at the bottom, or on the tray that the SIM card came in. Between the Settings screen and the box, you will have found two independent answers that agree — which is as certain as this gets.
What the browser reports, and why it is not always enough
This site has a strip on the homepage and on the model index that asks your phone what it is and opens the right page for it. It works when the phone tells the truth, and that is most of the time — but Android phones report a model *code* rather than a name, some of those codes are used for more than one phone, and Chrome sometimes reports a placeholder instead of the model on privacy grounds.
That is why the strip sometimes asks you to pick your model by hand rather than guessing. A guess would be worse than a question: it would send you to a model page whose covers do not fit, which is exactly the problem this page exists to avoid.
If you are still not sure
Open "All phone models" and look for the name you read in Settings. Every phone we stock covers for has its own page there, and the covers on that page are moulded for that phone and no other. If the name is not on the list, we simply do not make a cover for it yet — the honest answer, rather than a "universal" case that fits nothing properly.
